Easy to place Dynamic Calendar page
The Customer interface starts with the Calendar page. This page can be placed on any of your existing web pages by inserting a php include command (copy and paste) and updating the link inside, after that the Calendar page will present itself.
The only request is that the page it will included into has the ending .php and not .html and the width of the page is minimum 750px. If the page ends with .html you can simply rename it to end with .php, nothing else is needed.
Admin interface
The software has an easy to use admin interface. Here you can make all the necessary changes to the software as:
- Change the username and password
- Change the reply address in e-mail notifications, sender business name i.e.
- Change the settings for first appointment time of day, the last appointment time of the day, the length of a appointment, if the customer should have a reminder e-mail the day before the appointment i.e.
- See a lot of statistics of your customers such as, total number per year divided by month, total number per weekday, the next 10 days coming up, non-active customers, active customer's i.e.
- Set the blocking period before an appointment when a customer no longer can unbook the appointment in the Calendar.
- Block days (weekday and specific day) or times (a time every day, a time every weekday or a specific time a specific day).
- Backup and download the customer database.
- Search customers by family name and first name
- Delete customers by date or individual customer
- Get statistic of referrals to you from others
- Read the on-line user manual.
A very useful User Day page
A special page only for you who owns the business where you can se all the bookings, including the names and contact information of the customers, for a specific day. Change them, delete them, make new bookings and block a time. This is the page you will have on top of your computer all business hours where you can see everything. If a customer calls in by phone you can enter him/her into the software by this page in a easy way. If a customer calls and need to change the appointment you can easy do that with a few key strokes.
Fully customized
The software is based on css style sheet and is easily customized in colours, font types and sizes. The Calendar page is without any of it for easy integration into you own web pages.
Easy installation
You can choose between manual or automatic installation. An install facility is provided where you only answer a couple of questions and the installer take care of the rest such as installing the database i.e. I you choose manual installation please read the Manual installation file in the documentation directory..
Languages file for easy change
The software is based on languages files, default is American English. All languages files is placed in the language directory and the choice of language is done by changing the prefix (en_us = American English) in the config file.
If you would like to add a language of your own you only have to copy one of the language files and change the words to your language, save it under your prefix in the language directory and then change the prefix in the config file. You find all this in the installation manual.
Easy to integrate on existing pages
The Dynamic Calendar page is easy to integrate into existing pages since it's doesn't include any formatting, tags, styles, i.e.
Protected Customer form
The Customer form where the customer fill in names, addresses to finalize the booking/reservation is protected against entering code characters into the fields, they will automatically be removed before stored in the database.
Protected Password
The Password for login to the Administration and User area is encrypted with MD5 encryption.
No Logo and Copyright © signs
The software comes without any logo or copyright signs in the customer interface pages.

Support PHP5, Safe mode = On and Register Globals = Off
The 1.0 version supports the PHP 5 version with Safe mode turned On and Register Globals turned Off.
